Bowel and Bladder Health Check

We understand that living with Cauda Equina can include bowel and bladder worries, and you may develop problems which might cause difficulties doing the things you want to do.

You don’t need to put up with these problems, as often simple solutions can make a big difference.
CESCI have partnered with Coloplast Ltd to offer you a bowel and bladder review with Christine Caddick, a specialist Coloplast Nurse.

You can arrange a review with Susan if you have concerns or issues, or just want to talk through your experiences to get practical advice and support.

To access this service, please complete and return a Bowel and Bladder Health Check. You can either:

• Download and complete the Check and email it to coloplastnursinguk@coloplast.com
• Or, call 0333 241 3852 and we will send you a Check to complete

Once your completed Check has been received, Coloplast will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for your review to take place.
